She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Charles and Betty JoAnne Thompson Kennedy; her sons, James Self, Jr. (Tina) and Jason Self (Joy); her grandchildren, Emalee Self, Ryan Self, Adrienne Self, Ashlee Bailey (Austin), Taylor Pickett (Jonathan), Haley Baker, Kendall Baker and Buddy Baker; her great grandchild Darhyus Pickett; and her brothers, F. Charles Kennedy, Jr. and John F. Kennedy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennedy Mortuary & Crematory (606 W Main St, Laurens, SC 29360). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kennedy Mortuary Chapel (606 W Main St, Laurens, SC 29360). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (765 E Main St, Laurens, SC 29360).
