He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Wade and Charlotte Ann Kelsey Harter; his wife Denise; his daughters, Ariel Harter Lomas (Jonathan) and Lydia Marie Harter; his grandson Matthew Lomas; and his siblings, Beth Harter (Tony) of Washington and Ken Harter (Noel) of Indiana.
