He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dan McKittrick and Virginia Strickland McKittrick; and his mother-in-law Sara Bagwell Hanvey. He is survived by: his wife Angie Hanvey McKittrick; his children, Virginia "Ginny" Leigh McKittrick, David Michael McKittrick, Jr. and Matthew Hanvey McKittrick; his grandchildren, Kaylen Hope McKittrick and Colby Lane Crowder; his great grandchild Branson "Bmack" Ashley; his brothers, Danny McKittrick (Kendra), Asa McKittrick (Angie) and Andy McKittrick; and his father-in-law Hoyt R. Hanvey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
