She is survived by: her children, Steve Williams, Carol Ann White, Janice M. Owens and Debra M. Jenkins; her siblings, Frank Howell, Mike Howell, Wayne Howell, Jerry Howell, Linda Nelms and Brenda Douglas; and her friend Sharon Fortney. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; her twelve great-grandchildren; her three great-great-grandchildren.
