She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Boyd and Lucy Griffin Boyd; and her husband Oliver Harris, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Harris Smith of Wilson, NC, Carol Sims (Clarence) of Byram, MS, Keisha Harris of Fountain Inn, SC and Oliver Harris, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
