He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fuller Fowler; his stepchildren, Jason Riddle (Shannon) and Debra Corder (Michael); his granddaughters, Taylor Turner (Jerry), Brooke Davis (Andrew) and Dakota Farmer; and his great grandchildren, Noah Turner and Kipp Davis.
