Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herman Davis of Laurens, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on November 18, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samel Jefferson and Ida Mae Madden Davis; and his brother James Ronald Davis. He is survived by: his children, Herman Donald Davis, Jr. (Beth), Andre Shawn Davis (Betsy) and Dottie Davis (Heath); his grandchildren, Joshua W. Davis, MD (Margaux), Jamie Davis, Kayla Heyob (Craig), Corbett Davis, Riley Davis, Samuel C. Davis, Ethan Davis and Anna Brooke Davis; and his great grandchildren, Lana Kate Davis, Weston Craig Heyob, William Gray Heyob, River James Heyob and Cooper Leigh Heyob.

A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (765 E Main St, Laurens, SC 29360). Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
