He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward and Maggie Estep Hurley; and his siblings, Edward Hurley and Linda Hurley Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Diane Gillespie Hurley; his children, Christopher Matthew Hurley and Tammy Nicole Kelly; his grandson Jacob Lyam Hurley; and his siblings, Donnie Robert Hurley (Frances), John Paul Hurley, Bonnie Faye Brock (Eric), Pamela Hurley and Ruth Hurley.
