He is survived by: his mother Ida Mae Wimphrie; his sons, Jerrel Wimphrie, Jerome Wimphrie and Brandon Cheeks; his grandchildren, Melea Wimphrie and Nekeshia Wimphrie; Charles Wimphrie (Sandra), Mary Anderson, Elaine Wimphrie, Angela Shaw (Randy), Dorothy Wimphrie and Arlesia Wimphrie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, along with a host of extended family members, nieces, nephews and friends.
