McGowan, IV of Charleston, Marshall West McGowan (Kate), Jay Alan O'Dell (Jessie) of Summerville and Janna Leigh Brown (Donnie) of Newberry; his grandchildren, Lucas Jay O'Dell, Jacob Parker O'Dell, Caroline Grace Brown, Kevin, Alex, Elijah, Wyatt, Emily and Avery O'Dell; and his sister Pamela Jo McGowan Miller of Loganville, Georgia..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lake Rabon Estates Clubhouse (302 W Peninsula Dr, Laurens, SC 29360).
