She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Hendrix; her parents, Jefferson C. Gruber and Elsie Hueble Gruber; and her sister Willie Nell Jenkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Crawford and Sandy Dowdle (Richard); and her granddaughters, Amanda Dowdle and Lauren Dowdle.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rosemont Cemetery (807 Willard Rd, Clinton, SC 29325).
