She is survived by: her sons, Clifton Fomby (Franchesca) and Franklin Fomby Jr.; her siblings, Vance Hickman (Barbara), David Hickman (Donna), Sherry Jacobs (Ray) and Patsy Collins; her grandchildren, Nicole, Sabrina, Bailey (Jonathan), Christopher and Don; her great grandchild Kaitlyn; her nieces and nephews, Brian, Butch of Brandon, DJ, Traci, Patti, Jessica, Destiny and Nikki; her siblings, Jimmie (Sarah) and Carolyn; her daughter Tina (Ricky); her grandchildren, Amber and Timothy; her daughter Susan (Reed); her grandchildren, Brittany, Morgan, Gauge, Tillar, Kayden, Rylee, Amiya and Bowen; her sons, Michael and Trey Call; and her close friends, David Sebring (Paige), Allison, Elaine and Kyle.
