She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Odie Lester and Gladys Porter Lester; and her grandson Caleb Smith. She is survived by: her husband Randell P. Smith of Laurens, SC; her children, Porter Smith (Donna) and Marian S. Nee of Laurens, SC; and her grandsons, Ben Smith, Matthew Nee, Cole Smith, Mason Smith and Evan Smith.
