It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Hitchner of Laurens, South Carolina, born in Salem, New Jersey, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma A. Hitchner and Howard J. Hitchner Sr.; and his siblings, Howard J. Hitchner Jr. and Sheryl J. Ross. He is survived by: his wife Patty Hitchner; his friend Pam Davis Hitchner; his children, Michelle Brewer, Shannon Walz, Elizabeth Wilson, Thomas Hitchner Jr. and Davis Hitchner; his stepson Matthew Robinson; his sisters, Donna Hitchner, Gail Hitchner and Patti Dathe; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Dathe and Bernadette Hitchner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
