He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie V. Lowman and Laurel Pearl Keisler Lowman; his wife Thera Jane Crout Lowman; and his siblings, Jessie Vernon Lowman, Roy Lowman, Cecil Lowman and Myrtie Lowman Heywood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget Lowman Ridgell (Robert "Hop") and Dena Lowman Clark (Timmy); his grandchildren, Trevor Dean (Shelly), Dustin Dean (Amber) and Michelle Dean Insley (Shaun); his great grandchildren, Dean, Lacie Dean, Blayden Allison, Cooper Dean, Briar Dean and Cove Insley; his siblings, Eula Lowman Price, Bula Lowman Matthews (William) and Harold Lowman (Lindell); his niece Cathy Goff; his grandsons, Shaun Insley and Christian Ridgell; and his nephews, Jeff Lowman and Jessie Lowman.
