He is survived by: his children, Dean Lowell Balder, Jr. (Mary Ann) of Ohio, Brenda Sue Tedrick of Ohio and Jeffrey Todd Balder of Ohio. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the First Calvary Baptist Church (2320 Cedar Grove Rd, Leesville, SC 29070).
