He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Satcher and Madelene Ergle Satcher; his spouse Joye Taylor Satcher; his son Chad Satcher; his siblings, Sam Satcher, Vadis Rogers, Margaret Ann Fulmer, Josephine Craps and Sarah McGee; and his great grandchild Chloeigh Chavis.
He is survived by: his daughter Maria Black; his children-in-law, Jeff Black and Summer Satcher; his brother Larry Satcher (Ruth); his grandchildren, Emily Chavis (Cameron) and Will Satcher; and his great grandchildren, Carleigh and Cameron Chavis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Milton Shealy Funeral Home (115 N Pine St, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
