It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hugh Wadsworth McIntosh of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Stringer, Mississippi, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl L. McIntosh and Helen Moore McIntosh; his son Glen McIntosh; and his siblings, Helen Coleman, Jean Keltch, David and Frank McIntosh.

He is survived by : his wife Audrey Myers McIntosh; and his children, Phyllis Smith, Terri Zigan (Duane), Roy McIntosh (Lisa), Lena Kay Alarcon, Paula Argent (Mike) and Teresa McIntosh. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Milton Shealy Funeral Home (115 N Pine St, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
