He was predeceased by: his mother Priscilla Hartley Hawes. He is survived by: his father Wilbur Hawes; his wife Amanda Matthews Hawes; his daughter Bella Virginia Hawes; his stepmother Blanche; his brothers, Kevin and Ray; his uncle Bill; and his aunts, Angelia and Ruthie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church (284 Old Duncan Rd, Leesville, SC 29070). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
