With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John T. Burton Jr. of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Burton and Johnny Burton. He is survived by: his friends, JT and Just Terrific; his wife Sara Weathers Burton; his children, John T. Burton, III (Linda), Jason Burton (Meredith) and Bethany Tandon (Alex); his grandchildren, Morgan, Daniel, Helena, Parker, Joshua and Caleb; and his brother James H. Burton.
