It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Shealy of Leesville, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Britton Welch, Sr. and Bernice Gunter Welch; and her brothers, Jack B. Welch, Jr. and William B. "Bill" Welch. She is survived by: her husband Wenford G. Shealy; her daughter Wendy S. Quinn (John); her grandson Mason Quinn; her siblings, Bobby Welch, Connie Peagler and Mary Shealy; and her sisters-in-law, Renee Welch and Lorene Welch. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
