He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Whitman Oxner; and his brother Mark Oxner. He is survived by: his wife Martha Kyzer Oxner; his daughters, Becky Oxner and Carlin Shealy (Kevin); his grandchildren, Courtney Drafts (Chad), Megan Kneece (Matthew), Kellen Shealy and Caleb Shealy; his great grandchildren, Eli Kneece, Emmaline Kneece and Lynleigh Drafts; his grandchildren, Madison Drafts, Alaina Drafts and Isaac Prior; and his siblings, David Oxner (Martha), Tommy Oxner (Betty), Robin Rawl (Russell) and Kay Oxner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
