She was predeceased by: her parents, Bailey Anderson and Ammie Shealy Anderson; her husband Heber L. Shealy; her daughter Cathy Duke; her grandson Chris Duke; and her siblings, J. D., Clinton, Crosson, Danny, Franklin Anderson, Gladys Boatwright and Ona Ruth Langley.

She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Shealy; her son-in-law Michael Duke (Teresa); her sister Lillian Kaminer; her granddaughters, Kelli Vann (Kevin) and Jenny Estrem; and her great grandchildren, Kaleb Vann, Mikah and Ember Estrem. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
