He is survived by: his wife Vickie Myers Steen; his son Teddy Steen (Candi); his siblings, Donald Steen (Diane), Murdick Steen, Gladys Garrick (Tommy) and Brenda Redfearn; and his grandchildren, Justin Steen (Brianna), Carlee Padgett (Dustin), Lakin Quarles (JT) and Breanna Stone. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
