He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacob and Frances Wood Black; and his siblings, Wayne Black and Kathy McGee. He is survived by: his wife Ann Corley Black; his son Jay Black (Michele) of Nichols; and his granddaughter Olivia Black.
