Cartner; his sons, Richard Cartner (Cheryl) and Robert Cartner; his granddaughters, Hope Spires (Winston) and Sara Hinton; and his siblings, Randy Cartner (Joyce), Rhonda Areheart (Steve) and Robbin Goforth. He is also survived by three great‑grandchildren.
