She was predeceased by: her parents, O. A. Cockrell and Mattie Parkman Cockrell; her husband Frank "Bo" McGill Frazee; her daughter Frances F. Monts; her granddaughters, Kliffie L. Jones and Kara J. Arant; and her siblings, Willie Cockrell, Robert Cockrell, Hubert Cockrell, Heyward Cockrell and Dorothy Stevenson.

She is survived by: her daughter Harriet "Cookie" L. Frazee of Columbia; her grandchildren, Franklin Glynn Skinner of Columbia and Kellie F. Jones of Crosshill, SC; her great grandchildren, Jameslee Skinner of Columbia, Robyn E. Jones of Columbia, Darren T. Loveday (Cierra) of Anderson, SC and Donnie W. Edwards of Batesburg, SC; and her sisters, Sybil Cockrell of Saluda, SC and Joyce C. Dennis of Laurens, SC.. She is also survived by four great great grandchildren.
