He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Swygert and Sara Bell Swygert (Kaminer); and his sister-in-law Linda Swygert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Sharon (Dennis Hyder), Kimberly Swygert (Dave Moody) and Michelle (Marshall Ransom); his grandchildren, Michael Hyder (Amanda), Heather Thivierge (Eric), Connor and Jackson Ransom; his great grandchildren, Daven, Lilli, Cooper (Lorick), Hannah, Ava Hyder, Lindsey and Colten Thivierge; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Robert Culbertson; and his brother Jerald Swygert.
In lieu of flowers, a commemorative gift may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital at 950 West Faris Rd. Greenville, SC 29605-4277 in memory of Trudell Swygert.
