With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Bouknight Shealy of Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mertie Estelle Goff Rikard and Simuel David Rikard; her husband Monroe Jacob "Jack" Bouknight; her siblings, Rubie Davis and Samuel "Sam" Rikard; her great grandchild Aveline Elise "Avie" Sox; and her former husband Edward Shealy.

She is survived by: her daughter Renee Sox; her son-in-law Marvin Sox; her grandsons, Brad (Stacie), Kyle (Lucy), Kevin (Stephanie) and Blake (Dana); and her great grandchildren, Camden Sox, Brooke Sox, Benjamin Sox and Jacob Sox.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 210 Bethlehem Circle, Leesville, SC 29070.
