He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Alicia Musser (Tony) of Mount Joy, PA and Robert Allan Kulp of Dublin, OH; and his brother William Kulp, Jr. of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
