He is survived by: his wife Jane Swygert Cromer Langston; his stepsons, Paul Cromer and Blake Cromer; his sister Valerie Knodel; his grandsons, Joshua, Scott and Talmadge; and his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany, Cory and Shawn. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren.
