She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Tillman and Emmie S. Meetze; her spouse Lindsey W. Addy; and her siblings, James Meetze, Shelvie Schehr and Roberta Meetze.
She is survived by: her sons, Lindsey W. Addy Jr. (Lin) and Alan M. Addy; her brother Ralph Meetze (Helena); her daughter Barbara Addy Parker (Mike); her grandchildren, Benjamin Parker (Jen) and Chesson Parker Merritt (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Alan M. Addy (Karen), Jamie, Riley, Evans, Jordyn, Yasmeen, Layla, Nate and Alex; and her caregiver Cecilia White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pilgrim Lutheran Church.
