It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Owens of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Snipes and Ethel Tinsley Snipes; her husband Ted M. Owens; her son Keith A. Owens; and her brothers, William F. Snipes, J. T. Snipes and Charles Snipes.
She is survived by: her daughter Leah Wingard (Jerry) of Lexington, SC; her grandchildren, Whitney W. Dawson (Brad) of New Jersey and Jerrod K. Wingard (Monica) of Gilbert, SC; and her great grandchildren, Riley Grace Dawson, Fisher K. Dawson, Ava C. Wingard and Cameron K. Wingard.
