He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fortushniok and Mary Fortushniok; and his son John Fortushniok. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fugle; his daughters, Mary Ann Keller (Gary) and Josie Alessi (Sam); his daughter-in-law Paula Fortushniok; his sister Nellie Laginski; and his grandchildren, John, Adam, Michael, Tina and Lisa.
