She is survived by: her husband Jerry Dean Smith; her children, Shelly Woodward (Jim), Jody Durden and Jeff Smith (Misty); her brothers, Barry Mullins, Jim Mullins (Patty) and Jerry Mullins (Susan); her grandchildren, Hunter Williams, McCade Durden (Leigha), Skylar Harbison, Peyton Smith, Tessa Smith, Mikey Goodall and Makayla Goodall; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Durden, Griffin Harbison, Boone Durden, Forrest Acre, Briggs Durden, Rylee Acre and Khloe. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
