She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Otis Register and Ida Mae Register; husband: Osborne Kieffer Shealy; children: Joey Shealy (Jane), Sherrie Morey, and Terri Moorer; stepchildren: Larry Shealy, Diane Eckman, and Debra Garner; brothers: Allen Register and Ervin Register; sisters: Marcel Riley and Ann Estep; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southland Memorial Gardens (700 W Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation Serving South Carolina in honor of Arlene's memory.
