He is survived by: his wife Wanda Holley Pensa; his children, Grant Pensa (Rhyan), Katherine Long (Justin) and Zach Pensa; his grandchildren, Emma, Conner, Murphy and Jack; his brother Marc Pensa (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Ivy Holley, Erin Munkacsy, Kelly Fladger, Jason and Troy Pensa; and his great-nephew Hunter Holley.
