She was predeceased by: her parents, Iveral Lee and Annie Neeley Jaco. She is survived by: her husband James Nathaniel McGee; her children, Melinda McGee (Holly Rohwedder) and James McGee, Jr. (Maria Huddle McGee); her grandchildren, Victoria Lauren and Grant James McGee; her sisters, Frances McCurdy (Don) and Nancy Burnett (Bill); and her pet Weeza. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mt. Horeb Methodist Church in Lexington, SC.
