She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce P. Murray; and her son Jeffery Scott Sasser. She is survived by: her husband Jeffery Rutland Sasser; her children, J. Craig Sasser (Nicole), Brandy L. Reese (Jason) and Kristine Ellen Sasser; and her siblings, George Manning Popham and Peggy P. Horton. She is also survived by her three grandsons, four granddaughters, and one great-granddaughter.
