She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Petagna Sr. and Marie Petagna (Romo); her husband Dennis Roger Barthine; and her brothers, Emil and Ralph Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Ralph Barthine (Michele Weiss) and Regina Barthine (Chris Hazell); her granddaughters, Christina Kassop (David Kassop), Michelle Harris (Dale Harris) and Dr. Mary Barrett Brown (Matthew Brown); and her great grandchildren, Cora, Philip, Adam Kassop and Archer Harris.
