She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stewart Chester Hoeper and Elise Gallau Hoeper; her husband Bill Evans (Bill); her sons, Paul Evans (Sherri) of Chapin, SC and Matt Evans (Tricia) of Lexington, SC; her grandsons, David, Caleb and Samuel; and her brothers, James Stewart Hoeper and Stanley Fredrick Hoeper.
