She is survived by: her husband John Carter; her daughters, Christy Carter and Kelly Hughes (Kevin); her grandchildren, Nyla and Joe; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Jennings, Carol Barlow, Patricia Bennett and Lelia Byars. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their children.
