He was predeceased by: his parents, George McMillan and Norma Kitchens McMillan; his son Charles "Chip" McMillan, Jr.; and his brother Kenny McMillan. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher "Todd" McMillan (Donna Griffin) and Toby McMillan (Libby); his grandchildren, Caleb McMillan, Hannah McMillan and Emily McMillan; his great grandchild Jasper McMillan; his brother Mike McMillan; and his close friend Barbara McConnell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
