He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Angela Haygood (Bryant) of Lexington, Andrea Emch of Maine and Charles O'Brien, Jr. (Sharon) of Leesville; his grandchildren, Allie Emch, Erica Emch, Emily Gulledge (Corey), Charles O'Brien, III (Little Chuck), Christian O'Brien and Cameron O'Brien; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Adelyn, Liam, Aurora and Amira.
