He is survived by: his wife Pamela Mack Panter; his daughter Sandra Panter; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer Panter (Tyrone), Missy Panter (CJ) and Jessica Panter (Bobby); his brother Roland Panter; and his great grandchild Danny Evans. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
