He is survived by: his wife Janet Snelgrove Wiggins; his sons, Ronald Edward Wiggins, Charles Brandon Wiggins and Corey Daniel Wiggins; his brother L. Dan Wiggins, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Joyce Wiggins. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
