He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ernest Williams and Fannie Kate Kennedy Williams; and his son Charles Steven Williams. He is survived by: his wife Angela Scott Williams; his daughter Mary Lynn Burkett (Jonathan) of West Columbia; his granddaughter Katie Lynn Burkett; his siblings, Sharon Wotherspoon (Richard) of Elgin, SC, Dianne Williams (Susan) of Anderson, SC, Michael "Mike" Williams of Concord, NC and Steven "Scottie" Williams of North Vernon, Indiana.; and his daughter Connie Crayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a large and loving extended family.
