She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Wingard, Jr. of Lexington; her children, John "Jay" (Angie) and Tracy Ellis (Dale) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Christian Ellis (Lucy) and Angel Kimley (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Nash and Ryder Kimley; and her sister-in-law Darlene Wingard.
