He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde C. Meetze and Janie Mae Meetze; his wife Louise Meetze; his brothers, Harry Meetze and Ted Meetze; and his nephew David Meetze.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Hill (John), Kay Bolton and Bobby C. Meetze (Pam); his siblings' children, Ashley Gunn (Nick), Janna Headden (Randall), Ralph Hill (Holly), Steven Meetze (Jessica), BJ Meetze (Tonya) and Scott Meetze (Marlana); and his close friend Ziggy.
