It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale J. Leaphart of Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Bryan Leaphart and Lillian Koon; and her brother Joe Clyde Leaphart. She is survived by: her children, Kay Hughes (Will) of Gilbert, SC and Richard Leaphart (Renee) of West Columbia, SC; and her grandchildren, Billy Dowell, Meghan Leaphart, Morghan Leaphart, Mallory Huffstetler and Brooke Laird. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
